Wiring that reaches past the house
Rockwood work is rarely just the house. The properties out here usually come with an outbuilding or two, and most of the calls we get are about getting real power into one of them. We run trenched cable from the house and set a properly sized subpanel in the outbuilding, leaving you with circuits that can actually run a welder or a compressor without dimming the kitchen lights.
Hot tubs are the other Rockwood staple. A hot tub needs its own dedicated circuit with GFCI protection and a disconnect within sight of the tub, and the ESA inspects the work before you fill it. We handle the whole run from the panel to the pad, and the certificate is in your hand before the water goes in.
The houses get the full list too: panel upgrades from $2,400 as of June 2026, plus EV chargers on rural driveways and rewiring in the older village homes near the conservation area. Long cable runs are priced into the written quote before we start, so rural never means surprise charges.
