A 10-year workmanship warranty. You get it in writing with your quote, covering both the manufacturer's coverage on the materials and our own workmanship warranty. If a problem shows up that the warranty covers, you call us and we fix it. No chasing, no runaround.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. Our own crews do the work, and two of our crew leads started under my dad. Whoever is on your roof, one crew lead runs your job from tear-off to cleanup and you will know who is on your property every day. Ask at the inspection and we will give you a straight answer about who does the work.
Can you fix just the leak instead of replacing the roof?
Yes. If the shingles around the leak have life left, we repair the spot and leave the rest of the roof alone. We will not sell you a replacement you do not need. If the roof is close to done we say so and show you the photos, then the call is yours.
Do I have to be home for the inspection?
No. Most inspections happen while the homeowner is at work. We work from the outside and photograph what we find, then the report and the written quote come to you. If you would rather walk it with us, say so when you book and we will set a time you can be there.
Will you work with my insurance adjuster?
Yes. We meet the adjuster on site if you want us there, and we document the damage the way insurers ask for it. You stay in charge of the claim. Our job is to make sure the roof damage is recorded properly so nothing gets missed.
