What owners ask before they start
Why is the Blueprint free?
Doing the work first is how a new firm earns a hearing, so I spend my marketing time on research for owners. The plan is written so you, or anyone you hire, can do the work. If it shows work we could do together, I'll say so once, and a no ends it.
Is this a guarantee of leads or rankings?
It covers one number: new tracked calls and booking requests in the 90 days after go‑live, from the channels we build, with paid ads left out and you answering the calls. Google's own advice says no one can guarantee a #1 ranking, so rankings stay outside the agreement, along with booked jobs and appointments, sales and revenue.
I'm on a job or with a patient all day. Who answers the calls?
You or your receptionist. The build sets up a text back to every missed call and an instant reply to new requests, so the caller hears back while you finish the job or the treatment. Your part is answering or returning those calls, plus one check-in a month.
Am I locked in?
No. The seat is month to month with 30 days' notice, and there's no minimum term. Your accounts are set up in your name, and the website and its content are yours once the build is paid.
Do you work in my area?
Yes, if you're within about an hour's drive of Brantford: Brantford, Paris and the County of Brant, Ancaster, Cambridge, Hamilton, Woodstock, Burlington, Kitchener and Waterloo. I only take work where I can meet you in person.
